“First time shipping from their new warehouse in Bitterfeld-Wolfen. First time in May 2022, I used the Schöneck warehouse, where it took a week after payment to get shipped. This time it it took 8 days for a Fedex pickup. what is strange is that recently there was a review posted with a January 27th Fedex pickup.... I paid on the 24, while my package finally got picked up on the 31st. In their FAQ they state that there are daily or weekly pickups, so technically the wait can be up to 7 days. Still, I became concerned and asked about the status, and did not get much useful information. Package did arrive in two days once picked up using Fedex Economy. At this warehouse, I would not pay extra for Fedex Priority as packages may sit in the warehouse for over a week.”
