“I have now ordered from Germany, France and Italy. So far all packages have been delivered. I paid extra for Fedex Priority shipping and then my shipment got stuck at the Fedex warehouse in Italy for 2 days. I paid for Fedex Priority and did not receive priority shipping service. This is not the fault of Shopogolic. However, Fedex does have a money back guaranty if they are delayed, but a money back request would be reimbursed to the shipper, which is Shopogolic, not the the receiver of the package.”
