“I had a tremendous amount of frustration trying to communicate with support over this. I'd sent three e-mails before trying to order the bike with no response. Then, after ordering it, I saw no shipping method after it arrived at the warehouse and I received one e-mail about what they thought the seller should have done, which was not helpful and then received no response to four more e-mails and a phone call. Finally I am was able to get help through chat after they first told me they could not help. Then, I asked what I was supposed to do with the package in the warehouse and then spoke to their manager who quickly resolved the matter to my satisfaction after weeks of frustration. I also received no information about whether I should add $40 per package for over-sized package or not. I'm not sure how we are supposed to know whether to choose this or not.”
