Fullfilwave Ltd, previously known as TheFbaPrep, is Shopogolic’s partner for ecommerce receiving, storage and dispatch. The partner handles enquiries directly, from businesses sending boxes to those planning container loads.

Send your enquiry directly to Fullfilwave Ltd. The partner reviews the goods, warehouse, operations and destination, then agrees the service conditions and quote with you. Shopogolic parcel rates and account services do not automatically apply to a partner fulfilment project.

Discuss receiving stock, storing products and preparing customer orders for dispatch. Send your sales channels, product list and expected order volumes so the partner can confirm the required workflow.

The partner works with volumes from boxes to containers. Describe how goods will arrive, the packaging, dimensions and storage needs. Agree the receiving arrangements and handling before sending a shipment.

Explain what must happen before stock is sent to Amazon: receiving, preparation and onward shipment. Agree labelling, packing and shipment requirements with the partner before making an inbound delivery.
