Prohibited or restricted goods

Goods described below or similar items cannot be sent through our service or may be sent with restrictions. A customer who sends these goods is in breach of international mail regulations. Such parcels may be delayed or cancelled without notice or compensation. 

• Weapons, explosives, knives (including replicas, imitation and combat equipment, police batons).
• Large car parts, bonnets, airbags, batteries, shock absorbers, car windows.
• Car and motorbike parts containing liquids or oils in any, even the smallest, quantities.
• Dangerous goods of any kind (perfume, batteries, varnish, paint, etc. for air freight).
• Goods which are too oversized.
• Human and animal carcasses, insects, biological additives, etc.
• E-cigarette liquids, fuel for lighters and matches.
• Tobacco and alcohol in any form.
• All narcotics and drugs (including prescriptions).
• Seeds and living plants.
• Goods containing petrol, gas or any fuel.
• Fire extinguishers, 3D printers, printer toners.
• Infectious goods and any gases.
• Dangerous goods and substances, including pressurised cylinders.
• Cash, bank cards, cheques, bonds and gift cards, passports, ID cards, SIM cards.
• Collectible coins, gems, precious metals.
• Perishable goods and liquids over 0.5l.
• CCTV equipment, car licence plates.

Prohibited items for air delivery from the USA, England and Europe

Goods described below or similar items cannot be sent via our service. The customer sending these goods is in breach of international mail regulations. Such parcels may be delayed or cancelled without notice or compensation. 

• Flammable items (perfume, lighters, oils, nail polish).
• Pressurised cylinders (hairspray, shaving cream).
• Lithium batteries outside of the device or devices containing them.
• Any dangerous goods, explosive materials (all types of chemical materials, matches).
• Firearms, weapons and parts thereof, paintball equipment.
• Military, police and tactical equipment of any kind, including weapons, replica guns and components.
• Liquids, over 0.5 litres and military electronics.
• Military and police electronics.
• Any narcotic substances and drugs (including prescription drugs).
• Seeds and plants, perishable products.
• Alcohol, tobacco, cigarettes, cigars.
• Fire extinguishers, 3D printers, printer toners.
• Infectious goods and any gases.
• Dangerous goods and substances, including pressurized cylinders.
• Cash, bank cards, cheques, bonds and gift cards, passports, IDs.
• Collectible coins, precious stones, precious metals.
• Perishable goods and liquids over 0.5L.
• CCTV equipment, car licence plates.
• Soluble drinks, sports supplements, all foods and snacks.

Non-insurable goods

The goods described below may only be sent without insurance or compensation. Such goods are sent at the risk of the customer and cannot be claimed for compensation or damages. The customer shall fully assume the risks associated with the loss of the goods.

• TVs and screens exceeding 37 inches diagonal
• Packages weighing more than 25 kg are not eligible for refund
• Paintings and paintings.
• Ceramics and porcelain, stone and clay items.
• Antiques.
• Foodstuffs.
• Large furniture (assembled, sofas, beds, wardrobes, etc.).
• Large glass, mirrors, chandeliers with sides exceeding 50 cm.
• Paints.
• Precious metals and stones, expensive watches (gold, silver, diamonds, etc.).
• Collectible stamps.
• Microscopes and very delicate laboratory equipment.
