Buy in the USA and plan the onward journey
Use your Shopogolic warehouse address when a US retailer will not ship directly to your country. Your purchases arrive at the US warehouse; you then arrange packing and international delivery from your account.
Check the product before checkout, especially if it contains a battery or needs special handling. An item being sold in the USA does not mean every carrier can deliver it to your destination. New customer? Start with the US forwarding address.

Order to your US address
Use the current warehouse address and customer details shown in your Shopogolic account. Check the retailer's payment and delivery conditions.
Review warehouse arrivals
Wait for your orders to appear in your account. Suitable purchases at the same US warehouse can be prepared together; orders held in Europe are separate.
Calculate the packed shipment
Select the United States as origin, then enter the destination, postcode, weight and dimensions after packing. Request additional packaging if needed.
Arrange dispatch and tracking
Confirm your chosen shipping service in your account. Use the shipment's tracking details after dispatch and check destination import requirements.
Plan your delivery from the USA
Choose the right origin
Select the United States in the calculator. A quote from a European warehouse does not price the same shipment from the USA.
Compare the full costs
Include retailer delivery to the warehouse, the warehouse service charges, international transport and any applicable import charges.
Check electronics and batteries
Send support the product link if it contains batteries or has unusual dimensions. A service available for one product may not accept another.
Check goods and destination before buying
Read the current restrictions. If the product or route is unclear, contact support before paying the retailer.

Questions before you order
Use the international delivery calculator with the United States selected. Enter the receiving country, postcode, packed weight and dimensions. An estimate for a small parcel will not apply to a bulky box.
Check your destination in the calculator. Customers request deliveries to the EU, Australia, Japan, Russia, India, the Middle East and Canada, among other destinations. The product and route determine availability; do not rely on an old delivery example.
Suitable orders received at the same US warehouse can be prepared together under the current service conditions. Standard consolidation does not combine purchases held at warehouses in different countries.
Use the estimate for the selected service and allow separately for retailer dispatch, warehouse work and customs. There is no single delivery time for every US shipment.
Check the prohibited and restricted goods before buying. Batteries, liquids and other sensitive contents need a check for the product, US warehouse, destination and carrier together.
Use the tracking details attached to the shipment after dispatch. Check warehouse arrivals separately in your account.
Check current service rates for the operations you plan to use. Budget for shipping and any warehouse services separately rather than assuming everything is included.
