For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, references to “we”, “us” or “our” are to Shopogolic Ltd (company number 8385436). Shopogolic is the controller in relation to the processing of the personal information.

If you have a complaint, you can also use those same contact details to get in touch. We’ll investigate and get back in touch with you as soon as possible.

We’re registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (www.ico.org.uk) with registration number ZA881681. The ICO is an independent organisation that protects people information and privacy rights.

You also have the right to complain to the ICO at any time. We’d, however, appreciate the chance to deal with your concerns first before you approach the ICO.

3. What data do we collect?

We collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you which we have grouped together as follows:

• Enquiry Data includes data you provide when you use Shopogolic service
• Customer Service Contact Data includes records of your contact with our customer care team, including live chat, emails and contacts through any other customer contact channels
• Usage Data includes information about how you use our website and about the websites that you accessed prior to accessing Shopogolic.

All data collected and stored on our servers fully restricted for access by third parties and can be used only for internal processes, communication with you or marketing purposes.

We use this information to contact you about the services on our site in which you have expressed interest.
