Open your account and copy the current warehouse address, recipient details and customer identifier.
Order from the retailer
Pay the store yourself and use the warehouse details for delivery. Follow the address instructions for your account.
Plan the parcel
After receipt, choose the warehouse services you need. Only compatible purchases received at the same warehouse can be considered for consolidation.
Arrange onward delivery
Enter the destination and parcel details. Choose an available service, review the total and pay before dispatch.

Check the Current service rates for the selected warehouse, including storage and any services you choose. The retailer delivery, warehouse services and international shipping are separate parts of the purchase cost.
The product must comply with the current shipping restrictions and be accepted for the chosen delivery and destination. Perfumes and liquids require an available ground route and are limited to 1 litre per parcel. Ask support before buying if the route is unclear.
Compatible purchases received at the same warehouse may be combined under the current service conditions. Orders held in different countries are not automatically combined into one parcel. Check packing, size and service charges before requesting consolidation.
