Use stores that can deliver to an active Shopogolic warehouse. The item must be accepted by the warehouse and the onward carrier and comply with destination restrictions. No store, product or saving is accepted unconditionally.

Check the specific item and route before purchase. Perfumes and liquids require an available ground service and are limited to 1 litre per parcel. Other product restrictions may apply; see the this link.

Delivery depends on the warehouse of origin, destination, service and the final packed weight and dimensions. Check current options in our online calculator. The calculator provides an estimate; the final charge is determined after packing. Check additional services and applicable import charges.

Dispatch follows the selected service schedule after packing, payment and any required checks. Confirm the current schedule; no fixed frequency or arrival date is promised.
