“Absolutely dissapointed by the Spanish office's service. Incompetent staff, had kept my inbounds unregistered unless I have started to look for it. My parcel had been kept in storage for 5 days or so by that time unregistered with no notice. Good way to earn money for nothing though. And support was absolutely useless, no apologizing, only blamed me that it's my business to find my inbounds. Sometimes the track number is different in an email a store sends to a client and on the package. Or email gets delayed. I had no problems whatsoever with the British office, they always register inbounds in time. But in this case it cost me extra money for storage I did not know about. Also the package weigth was indicated incorrectly so I had problems with courrier delivery, thank you very much for extra troubles. And I don't know about customer communication standards in your company, but the way Gaukhar was communicating would be concidered as rude and inappropriate by any management. ”
