“Package was delivered on-time (even earlier than I expected). However, the quality of customer support is just horrible: 1. You can't contact Shopogolic neither via Russian phone number nor via UK phone number. It's always either busy or call is dropped. I was never able to reach Shopogolic via the phone 2. Chat support is also has a delay of 1-2 days for a reply. It's practically impossible to have a decent conversation 3. Request via contact form - also didn't receive any reply. So basically doing delivery and packaging etc. is fine but communication is the worst possible.”
