“Oh what a service, really happy with the speed, efficiency and cost of getting my item from Italy to London. One criticism is the instructions are translated badly into English so it was difficult to understand the process, what to do and what extras to pay for. I had to contact customer care to find out how to leave this review, that's how unintuitive the UX is here. Minor complaint really as it worked, it was just harder to work out than it needed to be. ”
