“I would like to request a refund of $160.77 for the first parcel delivery (256571). Regarding the order documented in MF530351, it was sent out in two separate parcels on two different occasions. ---- The first parcel delivery (256571) had tracking number 1ZF20K966714863431 and was sent from the USA to Germany, but it was returned to the USA. We have discussed the issue with this parcel for the past three months. Each time, you have stated that it was either sent to the warehouse or that we should wait for the warehouse. In my mailbox, I only receive a delivery notification indicating that it will be delivered soon. I have not received any letters regarding tax charges, and the tracking system does not show any customs or tax-related issues, as you can see. ---- The second parcel delivery (267525) had tracking number 1ZJ9F1756700665753 and was sent from the USA to Montenegro. *******This parcel arrived, I got it*******, as I paid for the shipping again. Please let me know how we can resolve the ongoing issue with the *******first parcel delivery (256571) *******. I received the parcel; however, this was only possible because I had to pay for it twice. The fee for the first delivery was $160.77, but that shipment was returned to your warehouse. Consequently, I had to pay for a second delivery, which cost $121.62. I am now requesting a refund for the first delivery. I believe I have explained this clearly enough. Thank you! ”
