“Everything arrived save and sound. Packaging was very good and delivery was fast. However, UPS had to call me regarding the total value of the package. There is obviously sth going wrong when filling out the customs form. UPS again received two different values for my parcel. The one I had stated when creating the parcel and then a value that resulted from multiplying the total value I had given for the parcel with the items contained in the parcel. This of course resulted in a value being considerably higher than the value of the goods inside the parcel. Had UPS not called me regarding this I would have received an invoice for over 1,000 Euro to pay for customs.”
