“Excellent service! This is my 6th order with shopogolic and I come back to them whenever there's an item that cannot be shipped directly to me but can be shipped to one of their warehouses. Placed this order myself on 30th March on Amazon to their DE warehouse, seller was slow and shipped it on the 13th April, arrived at shopogolic on the 16th, sent from shopogolic on the 17th, arrived in my city on the 20th (Friday) and to my door on the 22nd (Monday), well packaged. They're not the only forwarding service I use, but for the warehouses that they have I default to them, highly recommend!”

“All in all, this is the best service I have come across (and I am shopping online for 25 years now; mainly USA & Europe). The platform is very well constructed, easy to use and straight forward. I found all functionalities quite quickly and never needed any additional help. The service is also great, very responsive, helpful and quick to answer my questions. My case was very tricky (I asked Shopogolic to order three items for me and paid them with CC) as only one item out of the three ordered has arrived to their warehouse in Italy (none of Shopogolic's fault) and even that one was "damaged". I got quickly refunded the two products that never arrived and the next day Shopogolic told me that the item that arrived is not that damaged, could be sent to me (it was damaged, but in OK condition). The only negative was the price of shipping, which would have been much better - percentage wise - if I received all three items (not Shopogolic's fault). So, I am looking for the next great shopping experience with Shopogolic.”
