Confirm the goods and destination, then use the current China warehouse address and your customer ID from your account.
Receive your purchases
Wait for the orders to be received and registered at the warehouse. Keep the seller invoice and incoming tracking number.
Prepare the parcel
Choose compatible orders at the same warehouse, request any packing services you need and provide accurate goods details.
Pay and track
Review the packed weight, dimensions and delivery invoice. After dispatch, follow the tracking updates for your shipment.

China Post destinations
Postal delivery is available to destinations served by China Post, subject to the service accepting your parcel and its contents. Confirm the current route before buying.
Air delivery and batteries
Battery shipments are possible with restrictions. Acceptance depends on the battery and product, packing and selected service; batteries inside equipment and separate batteries must not be treated as the same shipment.
Sea delivery
A sea route can be an option for suitable goods, including some battery shipments. It takes longer; confirm availability, acceptance and the estimate for your specific parcel.
Planning delivery to Russia, an EU country, the USA or another destination? Ask about the exact country, postcode and goods. A route available for ordinary purchases may have different conditions for electronics or other restricted contents.
What makes up the total cost
The purchase price and the seller’s delivery to the Chinese warehouse are the first part of your budget. Add any assisted purchase, storage, packing or other warehouse services you choose.
International delivery is assessed from the finished parcel and the selected service. A large light box may be charged differently from a compact parcel of the same actual weight. Import duties, taxes and carrier charges may also apply at the destination.
Check current warehouse rates and use the parcel delivery calculator for an estimate. The final invoice follows packing and measurement; an early estimate is not a guaranteed final price.
Before you buy
Send support the product link and model before purchasing goods with batteries. Include the battery specifications available from the seller and explain whether it is installed in the item or shipped separately. Do not choose a sea route on the assumption that all restricted goods are automatically accepted.
For liquids, cosmetics, aerosols or other goods with transport restrictions, confirm the product and route separately. Read the prohibited goods list. For delivery to Russia, also check the current shipment restrictions.

Postal destinations follow the China Post network and the conditions of the available service. Confirm the country, postcode and contents before paying the seller; not every product is accepted on every route.
Yes, subject to the restrictions of the selected method. Give support the product and battery details before buying. An air service and a sea service can have different acceptance conditions.
Sea delivery can be considered for suitable parcels and some battery shipments. It takes longer than air delivery. Ask support to confirm the route and estimate for your goods.
Compatible orders received at the same China warehouse may be consolidated under the current service conditions. Confirm the final packed size and weight. Purchases at warehouses in different countries are not automatically combined.
Request assisted purchase with a product link, the required variant and quantity. Acceptance of the seller, payment and onward shipping must be agreed before the purchase.
The estimate depends on the route, dispatch arrangements, customs and final delivery. Check the current estimate for your chosen service; sea delivery takes longer and no universal delivery date applies.
