“This service is the worst I have ever experienced anywhere. my product is for my baby, it is time sensitive and instead of shipping it out, I'm asked to provide documents that are non of Shopogolic's business. this is maybe my 80th parcels I want to ship with shopogolic and you suddenly decide to ask for my bank statement and other stuff. Bank statement is a personal document and I should nat be forced to provide you with, then I provided anyway and it's been a week that I'm waiting for my parcel to move, and it is still stock there. this is the worst way you can treat a customer to make sure they never come back”

“I think you need to radically clarify your user on boarding and expectations depending on their needs. Differentiate between the collecting and consolidating of online orders of standard amazon ecommerce shopping. Regarding parcel forwarding the pricing is not very clear at all, and some of the charges are false. Packaging for a parcel that is just being redirected is cheap, and at this point you effectively are holding the shopper to ransom. As a volume sender, charging full delivery rates, plus over size, packaging, handling etc feels dishonest. It's an in and out process. It's a very high markup.”
