“Hello, This was the first part of the order I used Shopogolic as a proxy address service. The initial communication was promptly and then the proces was stuck, due to my misunderstanding of the step when Shopogolic wanted to get the proof of purchase and payment of the goods sent to their warehouse. Once this was cleared the package was sent to my address, however the package included only one out of two boxes. The second one arrived after a month later once we found it with the help of the support team. I would recommend two things to improve your service: - Better instructions for creating parcel declarations to also include all required documents for the delivery. - A better warehouse management solution, as current process does not keep up with the demand. Overall, satisfied with the service as the service enabled the scenario which was not possible otherwise.”
