How to order any service
To make your shopping experience with Shopogolic easier and more enjoyable, you can take advantage of the additional services our service offers. You can add additional services to both orders and parcels. Please note that additional services will incur a charge. You can monitor the additional services in your account in SERVICES section.
All types of services:
- Order photo: additional detailed photos of your order.
- Additional packaging: recommended for all fragile items, glass, ceramics, appliances, and gadgets.
- Parcel clearance: we remove all excessive packaging, hangers etc. It helps to reduce volume of the parcel and its shipping cost.
- Order check: our staff checks your order for any damages etc.
- Separation: in case your order is too big or heavy to ship, we can split it for you for a few boxes where it is possible.
- Oversize: additional charge for oversized items with exceeding length or girth.

Go to your Account
Go to the ORDERS section.

Choose the order
In the ACTIONS column, click the icon and select ORDER SERVICE.

Select the service you need
And add a comment to the service, if required.
