SERVICES
To make your shopping experience with Shopogolic easier and more enjoyable, you can take advantage of the additional services our service offers. You can add additional services to both orders and parcels. Please note that additional services will incur a charge - RATES. You can monitor the additional services in your account in SERVICES section.
Oversize - additional service for oversized orders with the sum of all sides exceeding 150 or 200 cm.
Additional packaging - recommended for all fragile items, glass, ceramics, appliances, and gadgets.
Order/parcel clearance - removal of hangers and all excessive packaging. It helps to substantially reduce weight and volume of the parcel and, consequently, its shipping cost.
Order check - our staff checks your order for any damages etc.
Separation - in case your order is too big or heavy to ship, we can split it for you for few boxes.
Order photo - additional detailed photos of your order.
To add a service to your order:
- Go to your Account page and go to the ORDERS section.
- Choose the order for which you would like to add an extra service. In the ACTIONS column, click the icon and select ORDER SERVICE.
- Add a comment to the service, if required.
